This initiative, led by the Youth Development Programme in the Division of Youth Affairs, seeks to nurture and develop young creatives in the visual and performing arts. Whether you are an aspiring performer, vocalist, dancer, musician, jeweller, garment designer, leather craft specialist, this programme offers the training, mentorship and resources needed, to refine your skills and showcase your talent.
